Matthew 1:21

She will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins” (Mt 1:21).

Matthew 7:13-14

Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few (Mt 7:13-14).

Matthew 10:22

and you will be hated by all for my name’s sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved (Mt 10:22).

Hebrews 7:25
