And the Lord listened to the voice of Elijah. And the life of the child came into him again, and he revived (1 Kings 17:22).
Then he got up again and walked once back and forth in the house, and went up and stretched himself upon him. The child sneezed seven times, and the child opened his eyes (2 Kings 4:35).
And as a man was being buried, behold, a marauding band was seen and the man was thrown into the grave of Elisha, and as soon as the man touched the bones of Elisha, he revived and stood on his feet (2 Kings 13:21).
For you will not abandon my soul to Sheol, or let your holy one see corruption (Ps 16:10).
As for me, I shall behold your face in righteousness; when I awake, I shall be satisfied with your likeness (Ps 17:15).
But God will ransom my soul from the power of Sheol, for he will receive me (Ps 49:15).
You who have made me see many troubles and calamities will revive me again; from the depths of the earth you will bring me up again (Ps 71:20).
Your dead shall live; their bodies shall rise. You who dwell in the dust, awake and sing for joy! For your dew is a dew of light, and the earth will give birth to the dead (Is 29:19).
And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt (Da 12:2).
I shall ransom them from the power of Sheol; I shall redeem them from Death. O Death, where are your plagues? O Sheol, where is your sting? Compassion is hidden from my eyes (Hosea 13:14).
From that time Jesus began to show his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and on the third day be raised (Mt 16:21).
As they were gathering in Galilee, Jesus said to them, “The Son of Man is about to be delivered into the hands of men, and they will kill him, and he will be raised on the third day.” And they were greatly distressed (Mt 17:22-23).
And as for the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God: ‘I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’? He is not God of the dead, but of the living” (Mt 22:31-32).
But after I am raised up, I will go before you to Galilee (Mt 26:32).

But the angel said to the women, Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here, for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay (Mt 28:5-6).
Taking her by the hand he said to her, “Talitha cumi,” which means, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.” And immediately the girl got up and began walking (for she was twelve years of age), and they were immediately overcome with amazement (Mk 5:41-42).
Now when he rose early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom he had cast out seven demons (Mk 16:9).
Then he came up and touched the bier, and the bearers stood still. And he said, “Young man, I say to you, arise.” And the dead man sat up and began to speak, and Jesus gave him to his mother (Lk 7:14-15 ).
Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming, and is now here, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live (Jn 5:25).
Do not marvel at this, for an hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice (Jn 5:28).
And come out, those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of judgment (Jn 5:29).
For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day (Jn 6:40).
Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live (Jn 11:25).
When he had said these things, he cried out with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out.” The man who had died came out, his hands and feet bound with linen strips, and his face wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, “Unbind him, and let him go” (Jn 11:43-44).
This Jesus, delivered up according to the definite plan and foreknowledge of God, you crucified and killed by the hands of lawless men. God raised him up, loosing the pangs of death, because it was not possible for him to be held by it (Acts 2:23-24).
But you denied the Holy and Righteous One, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you, and you killed the Author of life, whom God raised from the dead. To this we are witnesses (Acts 3:14-15).
But Peter put them all outside, and knelt down and prayed; and turning to the body he said, “Tabitha, arise.” And she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter she sat up (Acts 9:40).
And we are witnesses of all that he did both in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They put him to death by hanging him on a tree, but God raised him on the third day and made him to appear, not to all the people but to us who had been chosen by God as witnesses, who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead (Acts 10:39-41).
Having a hope in God, which these men themselves accept, that there will be a resurrection of both the just and the unjust (Acts 24:15).
To this day I have had the help that comes from God, and so I stand here testifying both to small and great, saying nothing but what the prophets and Moses said would come to pass: that the Christ must suffer and that, by being the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light both to our people and to the Gentiles (Acts 26:22-23).
And was declared to be the Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness by his resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord (Ro 1:4).
Who was delivered up for our trespasses and raised for our justification (Ro 4:25).
Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved (Ro 10:9).
That he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures (1 Co 15:4).
For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive (1 Co 15:22).
Knowing that he who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus and bring us with you into his presence (2 Co 4:14).
For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep (Thess 4:14).
For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first (1 Thess 4:16).
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead (1 pe 1:3).
Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is (1 Jn 3:2).
And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, according to what they had done (Rev 20:13).
