And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.” (Acts 16:31).
I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear me forever, for their own good and the good of their children after them (Jr 32:39).
I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed. (Ge 12:3).
And I will establish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your offspring after you (Ge 17:7).

Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward (Ps 127:3).
Hear, my son, your father’s instruction, and forsake not your mother’s teaching (Pr 1:8).
Grandchildren are the crown of the aged, and the glory of children is their fathers (Pr 17:6).
So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God (Eph 2:19).
But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever (1 Ti 5:8).
